Crescent Manor is a 90-bed Nursing and Rehab facility located in Southern Vermont, near the New York and Massachusetts borders, dedicated to top-quality skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We focus on maximizing recovery, comfort and independence for quality of life.

We offer on-site rehabilitation therapies and a nutritious dining program, with activities to keep residents engaged and supported.

Qualifications

• Covid Vaccine required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Answer call lights promptly, assist with tray pass at meal times, keep Units clean, stocked and organized.
• Assist with non-care related tasks on units as assigned.
• Transporting patients to/from Activity and Social programs.

Care Assistant to L N A Program

Are you interested in becoming an LNA but are concerned about the cost?

We will pay for your LNA courseand provide you with a job as a Care Assistant that accommodates your school schedule!

You will gain valuable experience in the setting you will be working in once you become a Certified LNA!

Starting Pay - $14.01/hour plus $2.00 shift/weekend differential - Access earned wages prior to payday!!!

Purpose: To promote resident well being through assisting with non-direct care related tasks.
