Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Dickinson, ND seeks a Care Assistant to provide compassionate resident care and actively communicate with residents, families, and the clinical team to ensure safety and well-being.

The role includes assisting with general care per care plans, observing resident status, reporting changes, and supporting a caring culture. Must have BLS certification; EEO/AA/Vet Friendly.

Qualifications
