Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-At The Shrine is seeking a Care Assistant/CNA for part-time evening shifts in Belleville, IL. You will provide compassionate resident care, document changes, and support daily activities in a respectful, dignified manner.

Ideal candidates are registered CNAs with strong communication skills, English literacy, and reliable time management. This role emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and adherence to Baptist/Christian service values within a nonprofit senior care

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities
