Job summary

Cera is seeking a Care Assistant to support clients at home in Eastbourne and surrounding areas. The role includes personal care, meal prep, and domestic tasks, with shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights.

Prioritising compassion and reliability, you’ll make a positive impact in clients’ daily lives while receiving training and ongoing support within our care community.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care or home care.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred.

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, and preparing meals.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to the clients you care for.

The stated rate of pay is for Care Assistants with a driving licence and own vehicle and includes mileage and travel time in the hourly rate. Those on walking rota's will receive an adjusted pay rate.

Shifts available include mornings, days, evenings and nights - you'll usually have every other weekend off for work-life balance.
