TIC Power Construction is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all care, preservation, and asset protection activities for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that equipment, materials, systems, and facilities are properly protected from the time of receipt through installation, commissioning, and turnover to maintain manufacturer warranties, prevent degradation, reduce rework, and protect project investments.
The Care and Preservation Manager works closely with Construction, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, and Project Controls teams to develop site‑specific preservation plans, monitor compliance, manage preservation documentation, and ensure all project assets remain in a ready‑to‑install and operational condition throughout the project lifecycle.
