Job summary

Philips is seeking a senior Cardiovascular Clinical Solutions Consultant Manager for the Midwest Zone to lead a high-performing CSC team across the Ultrasound business. This field role requires travel, including overnights, and a focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and clinical excellence.

You will coach and develop consultants, partner with District Sales Leaders, and ensure effective pre-sale to post-sale activities, including demonstrations, implementations and customer support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cardiovascular ultrasound, clinical applications, medical device sales support, or a related healthcare environment.
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing clinical or customer-facing teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Cardiovascular Clinical Solutions Consultant team across a defined North America Ultrasound sales district.
• Collaborate with District Sales Leaders, Account Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end sales processes.
• Oversee training, onboarding, performance coaching, and development plans for consultants; drive customer training and demonstrations.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled workflows and integration capabilities to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
