The TAS will build credibility with regional thought leaders and community physicians, while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure compliant promotion of BMS medicines.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech healthcare sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet targets.
• Engages HCPs with scientific dialogue and delivers a differentiated customer experience.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure best Customer Experience (Cx).
• Liaises with other BMS functions to deliver higher Customer Experience (Cx).
• Maintains up-to-date expertise on data for approved indications and supports medical inquiries.
