Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Cardiovascular Radiology Tech to join the Hopkins Bayview team. You will assist physicians with cardiac cath and electrophysiology procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, and support IVUS/FFR studies to assess arterial blood flow.
The position involves stress testing and nuclear medicine support, with day shifts on a 40-hour week. Previous radiology program completion and ARRT CPR are required, ACLS within 1 year.
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is teaching hospital trauma center, neonatal intensive care unit, and is home to the Johns Hopkins Burn Center, the only adult burn trauma in Maryland, containing about 420 beds. Make it happen at Hopkins! Our Cardiovascular Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment which was recently renovated in January of 2021. We have many resources and cutting-edge equipment to take the greatest of care of our patients.
As a cardiovascular radiology tech you would assist physicians with the performance of cardiac cath and electrophysiology related procedures including diagnostic studies and therapeutic procedures including Cardiac Cath (Right and Left heart cath), stent deployment for heart attack patients, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump Insertion, Transcutaneous Pacemaker Wire placement. You would also be assisting with IVUS/FFR studies which are diagnostic studies to determine blood flow in arteries.
You will have the opportunity to assist in Stress Testing procedures and Nuclear Medicine studies.

Minimum 42.33/hour - Maximum 69.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
