Job summary

Ascension St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Appleton, WI is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a Structural Heart Program supported by a strong referral base and a robust health system.

Join an established team of 2 Cardiovascular Surgeons and 1 APP with locum support; call coverage shared among surgeons; practice in inpatient/outpatient settings, with access to 2 dedicated CV ORs, 1 Hybrid OR, and 2 Davinci robots.

Qualifications

• MD/DO credentialed in WI or MN prior to hire
• Advanced Life Support preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings; evaluate, diagnose, and treat cardiovascular conditions.
• Manage admissions, consults, and referrals; participate in call coverage as needed.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ensure timely documentation including insurance requirements.
