Our organization is seeking a skilled and innovative Cardiovascular Surgeon to become a vital member of our team at either Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN, or Methodist Hospital in Saint Louis Park, MN. This role is part of a collaborative group of three surgeons, supported by a highly proficient team of advanced practice clinicians.

The position will primarily be based at Regions Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center, or at Methodist Hospital, where the practice encompasses a wide range of adult cardiothoracic surgeries. This is a high-volume environment dealing with complex cases involving coronary issues, valve surgeries, dissections, and aneurysms.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a comprehensive benefits package for positions at 0.5 FTE or greater, which includes:

Salary Information

The annual salary range for this position is between $760,000 and $1,100,000. Compensation is determined by the role's requirements and may also consider factors such as education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
