Amgen is seeking a Specialty/ Senior Specialty Representative for the Cardiovascular portfolio. You will connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits, and navigate payer environments to promote products and achieve sales targets.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering education programs, and collaborating with District Managers to develop territory plans and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry.
• Local market knowledge is preferred.
• Established relationships in the territory are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration is preferred.
• Adaptability with our Core Competencies: Planning, Organizing, Knowledge, Communication, Results, Relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals and drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and achieve territory sales targets through programs and engagements.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access and managing reimbursement.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze territory performance, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products and uphold company values throughout the sales cycle.
