Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a diagnostic medical sonography professional to perform echocardiography and vascular studies in accordance with accrediting guidelines. The role requires reviewing orders, identifying patients, and coordinating with the care team to ensure accurate procedures and data communication.

Candidates should have an associate or bachelor’s degree in sonography, and ARDMS or CCI certifications (or board-eligible with certification within 12 months).

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.
• RV/T/RDCS or CCI certifications required or board-eligible with certification within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum one year experience in cardiovascular imaging preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs Echocardiography and/or Vascular diagnostic testing as per Accreditation Guidelines.

Requirements

• Associates or bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred
• Registered by the ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) as RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) OR Registered by CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) as RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) OR ARDMS or CCI Board-eligible AND achieve certification within 12-months of hire
• Minimum one (1) year experience in cardiovascular imaging preferred
• BLS certification required
