Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or health-related discipline is required.
• Some laboratory experience preferred.
• Previous research experience in a biomedical laboratory is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs and assists with in vivo and in vitro experiments.
• Maintains mouse colonies and assists with genotyping, animal handling, treatment, and tissue collection.
• Processes biological samples, such as paraffin embedding and sectioning.
• Performs molecular, cellular, and histological assays per established protocols.
• Assists with data collection, quantitative analysis and presentation of findings.
• Maintains accurate experimental records and lab inventory.
• Follows institutional lab safety and animal research requirements.
• Communicates effectively with PI and team, contributing to publications and meetings.
