Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Cardiovascular Quality Coordinator to support cardiovascular quality, accreditation, and performance improvement across the continuum of care. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to drive data-driven improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a BSN, RN license in GA, and at least five years of clinical cardiovascular/critical care experience; Masters in Nursing or related field

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Georgia or compact license.
• BSN required; MSN/MPH preferred.
• Minimum five years clinical nursing in cardiovascular/ICU/ED.

Serves as a subject matter resource and coordinates initiatives designed to promote regulatory compliance, evidence-based clinical practice, effective data collection, and improved cardiovascular patient outcomes. Collaborates with physicians, nursing leaders, clinical departments, cardiovascular registry teams, EMS providers, and other stakeholders to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of sustainable quality initiatives.Minimum Job QualificationsLicensure or other certifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia or a compact RN license in good standing.
