Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the unit director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit.
• Manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers across shifts and provide input on performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements; coach and mentor staff.
