Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Current Texas Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• Healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Be a competent clinician in Pre- and Post-Cardiology Unit
• Apply knowledge and skills to support patient care under licensed personnel supervision
• Provide technical and human assistance to a defined group of patients to achieve quality outcomes
