Job summary

Saint Mary’s Health Network seeks a Manager of Cardiovascular Lab to oversee daily operations and ensure high‑quality patient care. You will supervise staff, implement policies, and drive performance improvement within the cardiovascular services across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role requires an RN license, BLS/ACLS, 5+ years in cardiovascular nursing or lab work, and supervisory experience, with strong interpretive skills for EKGs and hemodynamic data.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications at hire or within probation.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/management roles in Cardiovascular Care.
• Five years of Coronary Care Nursing or Cardiovascular Lab experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to interpret EKGs and tracings.
• BSN required for all new hires after 1/11/2021.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of Cardiovascular Laboratory Services to ensure quality patient care.
• Develops goals, policies and procedures; participates in performance improvement.
