Job summary

Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital - Frisco is preparing to open as a state-of-the-art cardiovascular facility. The Invasive Cardiology team seeks a qualified Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist/Cath Lab Tech to join a full-time day shift with rotating days off, with on-call requirements related to STEMI coverage.

New hires will begin as early as Summer 2026 with comprehensive orientation and training, ahead of the Spring 2027 opening.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RCIS, RCES or ARRT R program within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred: prior hospital experience in IR/EP/Cath Lab and certification in RCIS, RCES, or ARRT R.
• ACLS within 30 days of hire/transfer; BLS within 30 days of hire/transfer.

Education And Certification Qualifications

• ACLS (ACLS) within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Education: Associate degree
• Certification: ARRT-R Radiography (ARRT-R) AND MRT with TMB, Cert Cardiac Device Spec (CCDS), Cert EP Specialist (CEPS), Reg Cardio Electrophysiology (RCES), or Reg Cardiovascular Invasive Sp (RCIS).
