AdventHealth in Orlando is seeking a cardiovascular professional to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, support emergencies, and administer treatments within policy. You will verify orders, communicate with physicians, and maintain equipment for cardiovascular work.

Ideal candidates hold BLS and ACLS, with RN or radiography tech credentials and 1+ year of healthcare experience. The role offers day shifts with 4x10-hour schedules and a strong holistic care mission.

Qualifications

• One plus years relevant healthcare experience.
• Credentials: BLS and ACLS required; RN or radiography tech or RCIS/RCES/CVIT/RCES/CST may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures, including coronary, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and peripheral interventions.
• Responds appropriately in clinical emergencies and performs within the scope of practice for the position.
• Administers and evaluates effectiveness of treatments and medications according to policy and training.
• Verifies orders, facilitates implementation, and communicates with physicians as needed.
• Maintains and operates equipment and supplies for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring proper setup and sterilization.

Job Description

Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Assistance available to eligible candidates (see terms below)

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge of ECG training and arrhythmia interpretation [Required]

• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with patients and their family, hospital staff, nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals [Required]

Work Experience

• One plus years relevant healthcare experience [Required]
• Two plus years experience in cardiac cath/ ep /neurosciences/ critical care, or interventional radiology [Preferred]
