Job summary

Allegheny Health Network's Department of Cardiovascular Medicine is recruiting a third full-time Electrophysiologist to join our Erie-area team. The position offers opportunities to perform pacemaker/ICD/CRT procedures, SVT and atrial fibrillation ablations, and VT/PVC ablations in a state-of-the-art EP lab.

AHN Saint Vincent Hospital provides comprehensive cardiology services with a long-standing commitment to patient care in western PA.

Qualifications

• New graduates or experienced physicians welcome to apply.
• Completion of ACGME approved Electrophysiology Fellowship.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Electrophysiology.
• MD or DO.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Practice full spectrum electrophysiology including pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, SVT ablations, atrial fibrillation ablations, and VT/PVC ablations.
• Hospital rounding, consults/admissions, EP clinic and procedures.
• EP procedures in a state-of-the-art EP lab.

Increased demands amongst our patients for advanced technological procedures create an opportunity for our electrophysiologist to be at the forefront of cutting-edge medicine. Saint Vincent Hospital offers treatments including cardiac catheterization, cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, non-invasive testing services, TAVR, Watchman and cardiac rehab. • 3 Non-Invasive Cardiologists, 5 Interventional Cardiologists, 2 EP’s & 12 APP’s
