Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology or related field with in vivo/in vitro inflammation exposure.
• Experience with flow cytometry, cell culture, and primary cell isolation is essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform small animal cardiac structure and functional analyses including echocardiography.
• Conduct coronary ligation surgeries and real-time function measurements.
• Isolate tissues and perform flow analysis for immune subsets.
• Analyze data and contribute to manuscripts/grants.
• Mentor technicians and present results.
