Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure in state (or compact) required
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Document care and patient education in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions (CPR, code team).
• Ensure infection control and safety in the care environment.
• Engage in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
