CommonSpirit Health's Dignity Health-St. Rose Dominican, San Martín Campus invites an experienced RN to join a faith-based, not-for-profit system dedicated to compassionate care in Southern Nevada.

You will provide skilled, patient-centered care within a modern 147-bed facility, contributing to a team focused on excellent outcomes. The role requires ICU RN experience or SRDH specialty training, NV RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS familiarity, and the ability to manage ventilator and vasoactive

Formación

• Must have current RN license valid in NV.
• One year ICU RN experience or completion of SRDH specialty training.
• CPR certification required; ACLS required.
• NIH Stroke Scale knowledge or certification preferred.
• Mechanical ventilator and vasoactive drip management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and participate in the nursing process.
• Deliver individualized, high-quality patient care and implement care plans.
• Document patient status accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and effective communication with patients and families.
