Henry Ford Health Warren Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered team in Macomb County. You will lead coordination and delivery of compassionate care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and families.

We value collaboration, effective communication within the health care team, and continuous learning. A state nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
