Job summary
Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix seeks a board-certified/eligible intensivist to join the Cardiovascular ICU, caring for heart failure patients including those on circulatory support or awaiting transplant.
Required BE/BC in Critical Care Medicine with academic involvement and a strong interest in teaching and research. Experience with VA ECMO/LVAD and anesthesia background are valued.
Qualifications
- BE/BC in Critical Care Medicine by ABA, ABIM, ABSA.
- Academic experience with educating students, residents and fellows.
- Experience with mechanical circulatory support devices and VA ECMO.
- Background in Anesthesia preferred.
- Experience managing patients s/p heart transplant is preferred.
