Dignity Health’s St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, CA seeks a Data Quality Coordinator RN to drive data collection, reporting and performance improvement within the cardiovascular population.

The role emphasizes meticulous data management, staff coordination and program development to improve service and outcomes. As an RN with cardiovascular experience, you will lead quality teams, coordinate peer review, and support system-wide cardiovascular initiatives while communicating effectively

Qualifications

Bachelor’s of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing (BSN).
Three to five years of cardiac/cardiovascular experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Active RN license in the State of California.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

Data collection, aggregation and reporting in compliance with registries and regulatory bodies.
Coordinate data harvests and assist with streamlined data collection processes.
Plan and implement cardiovascular quality improvement initiatives and service line metrics.
Lead cardiovascular quality improvement teams and coordinate peer review activities.
Coordinate disease-specific cardiovascular care programs as needed.
Support staff communication and engagement to improve outcomes.
