Job summary

Medpace, a leading CRO, seeks office-based Directors for the Clinical Trial Management Group in Cincinnati, OH or Denver, CO within the Cardiovascular team. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CRO clinical trial management, Phases 1–4 experience, and a proven track record in leadership and bid defense with site and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years as a project/clinical trial manager within a CRO; Phases 1-4 experience.
• Bid defense experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the project per contract and ICH/GCP; ensure compliance and regulations.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and training.
• Review and input for study protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final study report.
• Develop operational project plans and manage risk assessment and execution.
• Manage study vendors and site quality/monitoring deliverables.
