Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a CV Invasive Specialist II for Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado. The role requires RCIS, RCES, or ARRT equivalents and involves catheterization procedures with independent judgment under supervision as needed.

The position includes shift blocks of 4–9 hours with on-call duties; you will assist in procedure prep, imaging, and post-procedure documentation while supporting patients and teams in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.

Qualifications

• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• PALS or ACLS within 3 months of start.
• Must be RCIS, RCES, ARRT-CI, or ARRT-VI (or RN with relevant RN experience) by March 1 2026.
• Experience in complex diagnostic and interventional procedures or electrophysiology with proven proficiency.
• Maintain at least 12 CME credits per year.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of CV Invasive Specialist I.
• Assist in procedure room prep and post-procedure turnaround.
• Document hemodynamic recordings, calculations, and interpretations.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment in the Cath Lab.
