Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 1 year (AHA).
• BLS certification within 30 days (AHA).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois IDFPR.

Responsibilities

• Performs all responsibilities and duties as assigned by the unit scope of service.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation of nursing care for the healthcare team.
• Completes initial patient assessments and develops care plans based on patient and family needs.
• Implements and adjusts care plans and nursing interventions as needed.
• Ensures patient and employee safety by reporting hazards and incidents.
