Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow, triage, and direct patient care in clinic.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory and care standards.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and physician leadership on care standards.
• Mentor staff, support education, and manage performance reviews.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative environment for patients and staff.
