Advocate Health seeks a program manager for Wake Forest University Health Sciences - Cardiology: Adult. The role oversees major projects, ensures timely delivery, and manages program operations.

You will prepare progress and financial reports, coordinate budgets, and supervise staff while ensuring sponsor and institutional compliance. Excellent communication and leadership are essential in this on-site role with a 40-hour workweek.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Three years’ experience in project management, program management development, administration or supervisory experience required.

Mansioni

• Manages and oversees planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of major projects.
• Coordinates successful and timely completion of project tasks.
• Manages and implements all operational policies and procedures for the program.
• Prepares analyses and reports reflecting progress and trends of projects/programs.
• Tracks financial data and prepares progress reports; writes sponsor reports.
• Assists in departmental budget administration and verifies deductions.
• Supervises staff and manages data for databases for outcomes reporting.
• Provides guidance and designs forms, newsletters, and web pages as needed.
• Serves as program liaison, spokesperson and representative.
