SSM Health in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is actively recruiting a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. This role offers variety, growth, and a collaborative team focused on patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate has CRNFA certification with CT surgery experience, and is eager to learn and grow professionally. Regular Monday–Friday hours with shared weekend rounding and a strong onboarding program accompany this opportunity.

Formación

• Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with CRNFA certification.
• Minimum 1 year Cardiothoracic Surgery experience including vein and artery harvests.
• Commitment to continuous learning and clinical skill improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Examine patients, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform technical, clinical, and surgical procedures and document progress.
• Conduct endoscopic vein harvests and radial artery harvests; manage tubes and lines.
• Robotic lung experience is a plus; participate in rounds and care coordination.
