Job summary

All Star Healthcare Solutions seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon for coverage in Illinois. Providers will take call for emergent cases, round on existing patients, and manage post‑operative needs as indicated. The role includes 1–2 weekends per month with an average daily census of seven patients.

Active IL license or IMLC is required, along with Board Certification. We offer paid travel and housing, malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and full‑service locum/perm staffing.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois medical license or IMLC eligibility.
• Board certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Ability to handle emergent cases and post‑op management.

Responsibilities

• Take call for emergent cardiothoracic cases.
• Round on existing patients and monitor post‑operative needs.
• Manage patient care during and after cardiothoracic surgery.
