Atrium Health Navicent Medical Group is recruiting a Physician Assistant to join the Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Central Georgia. The PA will participate in surgical cases and provide evidence-based, high-quality patient care in a premier inpatient environment with a dedicated team of APPs, nurses, and support staff.

We seek an experienced PA with familiarity in cardiothoracic procedures, strong clinical judgment, and commitment to excellence.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current license to practice in Georgia and Board Certified in specialty.
• Must maintain CEUs and confidentiality; able to work irregular schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in surgical cases as part of the cardiothoracic surgery team.
• Provide evidence-based, safe patient care in a premier inpatient environment.

For Physician Assistants:

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accreditedPhysician Assistant program.
• Certification/License/Registration: Current license to practice in the State of Georgia and Board Certified in specialty.
• Special Training/Skills: Must demonstrate competence in their practice setting and must be able to perform with a high degree of accuracy to reduce errors in judgment related to care of patients. Must obtain required CEU's in care of patients in the care setting each renewal period. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Must be able to work irregular schedules dependent upon needs of patients.
