Job summary

Britt Medical is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a well-established Southern Arizona private practice. This full-time role offers a high-volume, broad operative scope with a potential partnership track in a collaborative environment.

The incoming surgeon will provide full-spectrum cardiac and thoracic care in a hybrid setting, with inpatient and outpatient services, and a 1:3 call schedule.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgeon in private practice setting.
• Broad operative scope including cardiac and thoracic surgery desired.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-spectrum cardiac and thoracic surgery.
• Hybrid practice with inpatient and outpatient care.
• Meet a 1:3 call schedule and participate in program growth.
