The position includes a competitive compensation package, productivity incentives, and relocation assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong referral base and skills in minimally invasive techniques, with a call schedule of 1:3.

Qualifications

• Must have an MD or DO degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery is essential.
• Possess or be able to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license.

Responsibilities

• Join a full-spectrum adult Cardiothoracic Surgery practice.
• Perform surgical and structural heart procedures.
• Collaborate with an experienced cardiac surgery team.
