Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a physician-led, award-winning health system in Mansfield, OH. You will perform a broad range of cardiac surgeries including CABG, AVR, and MVR, while collaborating with interventional cardiology for complex cases.

The role supports a balanced schedule with one clinic day per week and opportunities to engage in clinical, translational, or outcomes-based research through the OHRI. Competitive salary and generous bonus packages are offered.

• Clinic day once per week to balance operating room time.
• Collaborate across the Heart & Vascular service line and participate in system-wide process improvement.

Description:

• Perform a broad range of cardiac surgical procedures, including:
  • Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)
  • Aortic Valve Replacement (AVR)
  • Mitral Valve Repair/Replacement (MVR)
  • Ascending Aorta
• Our cardiothoracic surgeons actively support our interventional cardiologists performing structural heart procedures and highly complex minimally invasive procedures.
• Thoracic surgery interests are welcomed and encouraged but not required.
