Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a physician to provide high-quality patient care in alignment with our specialty objectives. You will work with physician leaders and staff to improve outcomes, participate in quality improvement, and maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge while contributing to teaching activities.

The role requires graduation from an accredited medical school with NJ licensure, board certification in the specialty, and unencumbered CDS/DEA registrations.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey with board certification in the specialty.
• CDS and DEA registrations must be unencumbered.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred at time of hire; training provided within 30–60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care aligned with specialty objectives.
• Collaborate with physician leaders and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and medical staff committees.
• Maintain current technical knowledge and pursue ongoing education.
• Contribute to medical staff programs and teaching activities.
• Engage in peer review to enhance clinical practice.
