Job summary

Palm Careers in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Board Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our progressive practice. This role blends cardiac and thoracic care in a team of board-certified physicians and 8 advanced practice providers, with nocturnal APP coverage.

You will work with state-of-the-art facilities offering CABG (beating heart), valve repairs and replacements, thoracic surgery including EVARs, ECMO, VATS lobectomy, and complex aortic procedures.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in cardiothoracic surgery.
• MD degree with fellowship training in CT surgery.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiac and thoracic surgical care.
• Collaborate with board-certified physicians and APPs for patient management.
• Engage in complex procedures listed in the program's scope.
