Job summary

Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care for cardiac and thoracic surgical cases, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacements, thoracic and vascular procedures, carotid endarterectomy, and pericardial window.


• Handle call duties as scheduled and support the facility's surgical needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Board certification in cardiothoracic surgery


• ACLS certification


• Fellowship preferred


• Licensure in Tennessee or through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact


• Experience with Cerner EMR is advantageous.
