Job summary

North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, AL seeks a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a dedicated team of 3 vascular surgeons and 1 CT surgeon. You will perform ~200 cases annually in a state-of-the-art facility with dedicated ORs, cath labs, and a hybrid suite, spanning inpatient and outpatient care.

The role includes a clinic half-day weekly, strong support from CV PA-Cs, and a comprehensive compensation package with sign-on, relocation, PTO, retirement and CME allowances.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with 3 vascular surgeons and 1 cardiothoracic surgeon on a team.
• Provide care in a high-volume, open-heart and vascular oriented practice.
• Work across inpatient and outpatient settings with multidisciplinary support.

Responsibilities

• Perform approximately 200 cases annually in a state-of-the-art facility with dedicated ORs, 4 Cath Labs, and a Hybrid Suite.
• Support clinic operations with a half-day per week (about 12 patients).
• Partner with CV PA-Cs to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care.
• Contribute to a broad range of procedures within open heart and vascular surgery.

• Perform approximately 200 cases annually in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with dedicated Vascular & Open Heart ORs, 4 Cath Labs, and a Hybrid Suite.
• Clinic commitment: One half-day per week (averaging 12 patients).
