The Iowa Clinic, P.C. is seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our physician-owned, multi-specialty organization.

This is a rare opportunity to join an established CT Surgery program with immediate case volumes, strong Cardiology and Vascular support, and a shareholder path. Competitive compensation includes a guaranteed $800,000 plus RVU and quality incentives, up to $100,000 signing incentive, a growing team, access to two cardiac ORs and hybrid suites, and a clear path to ownership

The Iowa Clinic, P.C. is seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty organization!

This is a rare opportunity to join an established, high-functioning CT Surgery programwith immediate Cardiac and Thoracic case volumes, strong Cardiology and Vascular support, and a shareholder path.

Highlights:

• Guarantee of $800,000 + RVU and Quality Incentives

• CVS Co-management agreement with Iowa’s largest health system
• Single location – Level I Trauma Center
• Access to 2 designated cardiac surgery ORs and 2 hybrid procedural suites
• Team of 13 dedicated Cardiac Anesthesiologists
• Immediate case volumes – nearly 650 cases in 2025 – 380+ hearts, 125+ lungs, and 130+ structural hearts
• Robotic thoracic and opportunities for program development
• Ability to teach and work with residents
