Job summary

Palm Careers is hiring an experienced cardiothoracic physician assistant for a prestigious cardiac surgery program in Los Angeles, CA. The role focuses on 100% operating room duties with 1st and 2nd assisting across complex cases.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with robotic mitral procedures, endoscopic radial and saphenous vein harvesting, and can adapt to schedule TBD shifts, including 10s or 12 hour rotations. Relocation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in cardiothoracic operating rooms with patient flow
• Proficient in assisting in robotic mitral, endoscopic radial and saphenous vein harvesting
• Ability to perform 1st and 2nd assisting duties in complex cases

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% operating room duties as the primary OR assistant
• Assist in complex aortic cases and transplantation scenarios when needed

Join a Prestigious Cardiac Surgery program in a role and get to work 100% Operating Room duties! Combination of 1st and second assisting.

Schedule to be determined! TBD either 10s or 12 hour shifts!

The candidate must be experienced in assisting in Robotic Mitral, Endoscopic Radial And Saphenous vein harvesting using Maquet.

Someone who can assist In complex aortic cases, Mechanical circulatory support and organ transplants is preferred, but not required
