Mayo Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit in Jacksonville, FL. You will coordinate nursing care, educate patients/families, and manage transitions of care while adhering to Mayo Clinic Nursing standards.

Responsibilities include leadership within the unit, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality patient outcomes. TN sponsorship available; state licensure and Visa Screen may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• RN licensure by state requirements.
• BSN within five years from RN start date.
• One year of RN experience in applicable care setting.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends/on-call.
• Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking skills.
