Job summary

Midwest Heart and Vascular seeks an advanced practice provider to join our CTS practice at Research Medical Center. The role includes first assisting in inpatient and outpatient CTS cases, scrub duties, and vein harvesting, with cardiology exposure preferred.

Missouri licensure is required, and call is 1:4–1:7 with PA favored but NP considered. Competitive compensation is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• First assist in inpatient and outpatient CTS cases.
• Scrub experience is required for OR procedures.
• Must have vein harvesting experience.
• Ideal candidate has cardiology experience.
• Call schedule approximately 1:4 to 1:7.
• Physician assistant preferred but nurse practitioner considered.
• Ability to obtain Missouri licensure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first assistant in cardiothoracic procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Maintain scrub duties and ensure sterile technique in the OR.
