Qualifications

• Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA or equivalent)
• Proven Cardiothoracic (CT) surgery experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy and sterile techniques
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities

• Intraoperative support including exposure, suturing, and tissue handling
