Job summary

Northwell Health's Department of Radiology is expanding and seeks Cardiothoracic Radiologists with in-person, hybrid, and remote options.

The Cardiothoracic division covers imaging for coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, and lung-related conditions, with opportunities in academics at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine and Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in Radiology.
• Cardiothoracic or cardiovascular imaging fellowship preferred; candidates with equivalent experience or willingness to train are welcome to apply
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York

Responsibilities

• Provide cardiothoracic radiology services including imaging and interpretation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and tumor boards.
• Engage in academic opportunities and potential research collaborations.

Job description

The Department of Radiology at Northwell Health is growing and actively seeking Cardiothoracic Radiologists to join our team with in-person, hybrid and remote options available.

Our Cardiothoracic division is involved in imaging of coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, cardiomyopathies, lung cancer screening, occupational diseases, and interstitial lung diseases. The Cardiothoracic division hosts several multidisciplinary clinical conferences and tumor boards. Opportunities in academics include an appointment at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine and research at Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research.

Qualifications:

• MDor DOdegree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Radiology
• Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Imaging Fellowship preferred; candidates with equivalent experience or willingness to train are welcome to apply
