Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of care for cardiothoracic surgery patients within a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide clinic nursing care and delegate duties to LPNs and MAs as appropriate.
• Develop and review nursing protocols related to cardiothoracic surgery.
• Assist in making plans of care with physicians and other health care professionals.
• Perform clinic duties, organize patient flow, and coordinate follow-up testing and referrals.
