Jackson Physician Search is helping a nationally recognized cardiac surgery team in Alabama recruit an experienced Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist. The practice handles over 1,000 heart cases annually, including CABG, valve surgery, TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, ECMO, EP, and structural procedures.

This is a true cardiothoracic anesthesia role with no anesthesia in the ICU, a light call schedule, and a generous package: $675,000 guaranteed salary, $100,000 sign-on, and 60 paid days off per year

• Broad and complex case mix including CABG, valve surgery, TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, ECMO, EP, and structural heart procedures
• True 100% Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology practice - no general anesthesia responsibilities or ICU coverage
• Collaborative care model with dedicated cardiac CRNAs, cardiac anesthesia technicians, and an experienced perfusion team
• Light home call schedule with post-call relief and an exceptional quality of life
• $675,000 guaranteed salary, $100,000 sign-on package, and 60 paid days off annually including CME and holidays
