Mercy is seeking a registered nurse in Warr Acres, OK to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. You will be accountable for the care of assigned patients, coordinate with other departments, uphold patient rights, and protect confidentiality in alignment with Mercy Service Standards.

Position requires a nursing degree (AD, Diploma, or BSN) and an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.

Qualificações

• RN licensure required in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certs may be required depending on unit.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for the care of assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
• Performs duties consistent with Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.
